Booking Policy
Please read before making an appointment.
All existing clients can book the appointment of their time and choice once slots have been released on the 20th of each month.
ALL NEW clients will need to complete the consultation process prior to booking an appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled.
Premium Appointments
All premium slots are charged at an additional £30 these appointments will need to be requested via WhatsApp or Email.
Clients must be 16 years or over to book an appointment.
ALL NEW bookings require a consultation as this is crucial to the outcome of your potential appointment. During this process I will analyze your hair texture, colour, density as well as your hairs health.
All consultations are carried out virtually via WhatsApp : +447565992150 Once this step has been completed you can then book in for the agreed service.
Is A Deposit Required ?
ALL bookings require a non refundable £50 deposit, this will go towards your appointment.
Can I Reschedule My Appointment ?
In the event that you need to reschedule 48hours notice must be given, failing to do so will result in you losing your deposit.
What If I Am Running Late ?
Please arrive to your appointment on time.If for any reason you are running late or cannot make the appointment please let me know in advance.
Lateness of 15 minutes will result in a £15 late fee, this will be charged for every 15 minutes. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled.
Can I Bring A Friend ?
EXTRA GUESTS/ CHILDREN will not be permitted to your appointment, failure to follow this will result in your appointment being cancelled.
